Help Improve Fort Worden State Park

The Friends of Fort Worden State Park is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization that supports park improvements and programs using funds raised on-site through fund raising activities such as its Gift Shop and with tax-deductible contributions received through annual membership, one-time donations and other fundraising projects.

Membership

Becoming a member of The Friends of Fort Worden means that you are a part of a special group of people dedicated to sustaining and improving the total experience for visitors to this venerable facility. Your membership fees and donations help fund improved trail signage, bicycle racks, natural history walks, building restoration and other projects that aren’t funded by State Parks. Imagine seeing families using improved hiking trails, old buildings coming to life again, students taking part in Life Long Learning and thinking you helped make this happen. This is the special feeling that being a member can give you.

We offer several levels of membership to match your budget:

  • $25 Friend
  • $50 Family
  • $100 Champion
  • $500 Life Member (annual renewal waived)

Your Friends of Fort Worden Membership provides:

  • 10% discount on most items at our Gift Shop
  • Subscription to our quarterly e-newsletter
  • Priority notification of special events, like our guided natural history walks
  • Complimentary admission to our annual meeting and gala
